- 20 g or cacao amer non sucré en poudre.
- 10 g or poudre d'amande.
- 10 g to noix concassées.

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, brown rice syrup or honey and vanilla extract. Stir in the oats, coconut and salt until well combined and then add the chocolate chips. In a bowl combine oats, peanut butter and honey. Set balls on a cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper until chocolate is ready. In a small saucepan on low heat, melt chocolate chips stirring until smooth and completely.
